Cheat Codes and Walkthroughs
WARNING: Saving the game with some of these codes enabled will make them permanent for that saved game.
1) All weapons: During the game press R2, R2, L1, R2, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up. Repeat this code for more ammunition.
2) Full health: During the game press R2, R2, L1, R1, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up.
3) Full armor: During the game press R2, R2, L1, L2, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up.
4) More money: During the game press R2, R2, L1, L1, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up.
5) Destroy all cars: During the game press L2, R2, L1, R1, L2, R2, Triangle, Square, Circle, Triangle, L2, L1.
6) Dodo car: During the game press R1, L1, R2, L1, Left, R1, R1, Triangle. Press L3 or R3 to jump while driving. Saving the game will make the effects of this code permanent.
7) Tank: During the game press Circle six times, R1, L2, L1, Triangle, Circle, Triangle. The tank will appear in front of you. This may be repeated as many times as needed. Pressing circle will fire bullets.
8) Lower wanted level: During the game press R2, R2, L1, R2, Up, Down, Up, Down, Up, Down.
9) Higher wanted level: During the game press R2, R2, L1, R2, Left, Right, Left, Right, Left.
10) Improved driving skills: During the game press R1, L1, R2, L1, Left, R1, R1, Triangle. Press L3 or R3 to jump while driving.
11) Increased gore: During the game press Square, L1, Circle, Down, L1, R1, Triangle, Right, L1, X.
12) Fog: During the game press L1, L2, R1, R2, R2, R1, L2, X.
13) Overcast skies: During the game press L1, L2, R1, R2, R2, R1, L2, Square.
14) Rain: During the game press L1, L2, R1, R2, R2, R1, L2, Circle.
15) Normal weather: During the game press L1, L2, R1, R2, R2, R1, L2, Triangle.
16) Speed up time: During the game press Circle, Circle, Circle, Square, Square, Square, Square, Square, L1, Triangle, Circle, Triangle.
17) Change costumes: During the game press Right, Down, Left, Up, L1, L2, Up, Left, Down, Right.
18) Pedestrians riot: During the game press Down, Up, Left, Up, X, R1, R2, L2, L1.
19) Pedestrians attack: During the game press Down, Up, Left, Up, X, R1, R2, L1, L2.
20) Pedestrians crazy: During the game press R2, R1, Triangle, X, L2, L1, Up, Down.
21) Pedestrians fighting: During the game press Right, R2, Circle, R1, L2, Down, L1, R1.
22) Police bribe: Get 45 kills in vigilante mode to unlock a police bribe that is available at your hideout.
23) Items:
These items are always available at your safe house, and regenerate. The numbers indicated the number of hidden packages needed for that item.
10: Pistol
20: Uzi
30: Grenades
40: Shotgun
50: Armor
60: Molotov cocktail
70: AK47
80: Sniper Rifle
90: M16 or Flamethrower
100: Rocket Launcher.
24) Infinite run: To continue to run at a fast pace without fatigue, just tap X instead of holding it down. This helps when trying to give your character "exercise" so that he can run for longer periods of time as well.
25) Pick up hookers: When in a flash car, honk your horn at a hooker and she will join you, though you will lose money as a result.
26) Hookers: When you get the
hooker in your car, go to an area with no people or cars
and don't move. This makes the car bounce up and down, making your 100% health
125%.
27) Get to Staunton Island quickly: To get across the non finished bridge without doing mission, turn on Dodo mode (see above) and jump and pull up. The best car to do it with is the Ferrari.
